  • What is the MGM Resorts Mobile App?

    The app is a great way to curate and customize your MGM experience using your mobile device. It gives you access to all of our dining and entertainment offerings, as well as your M life Rewards account so you can track your Tier Credits, Points, and Express Comps balances. It also has M life Rewards enrollment capabilities for anyone who has yet to enroll. Click here to download the app.

  • I am not interested in booking a room reservation. Can I still use the application?

    The app is a great way to curate and customize your MGM experience using your mobile device.   • Is there a fee to download the MGM Resorts Mobile App?

    The app is totally free to download and use and is available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Like other mobile apps, standard data and message charges may apply for SMS messaging (depending upon your carrier plan).

  • What languages are available in the MGM Resorts Mobile App?

    The app is currently only available in English.

  • Can I still use the MGM Resorts Mobile App to check in if I booked my room through a third-party site (Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, etc)?

    Yes, the app was designed to allow third-party reservation check-ins. Just enter your confirmation number and follow the prompts to check in. NOTE: You must be an M life Rewards member to check in through the app.

  • I downloaded the mobile app to skip the check-in line. Why is it prompting me to visit the front desk?

    Unfortunately, there could be an issue with the credit card provided or we may simply need to verify your ID. We require every guest who has not previously been ID verified to see a front desk agent to do so. They just have to check your photo ID to confirm that your name matches the one on the reservation. Once you’ve been ID verified, you won’t have to do it again.

  • How can I check in with the MGM Resorts Mobile app?

    You’ll be able to start the check-in process 24 hours prior to the arrival time you marked on your reservation. If you’ve previously agreed to receive notifications, an alert will be sent to let you know when you can check in. As a bonus, if you’ve enabled “location access,” have completed the check-in process in the app, and are within 20 miles of the property, you’ll be added to the top of the room queue, so you can get your room even faster.

  • I checked in with the MGM Resorts Mobile App and I am still waiting for the notification to tell me if my room is ready. What should I do?

    This can happen if you’ve opted out of receiving in-app notifications or otherwise changed your notification settings. Please check your settings and update them to allow you to receive notifications from the app.

  • How can I check out with the MGM Resorts Mobile App?

    You will receive an email with your bill and check-out instructions before 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. You will also have the option to purchase late check-out, based on availability. If you do not receive a check-out email, please visit the Mobile Check-in Area on property.

  • Where can I use the app in Las Vegas?

    You can use the app at any of our properties, including Bellagio, Aria, Vdara, MGM Grand, The Signature, Park MGM, Mandalay Bay, Delano, Mirage, New York New York, Luxor, and Excalibur.

  • Do all MGM resorts offer Digital Keys?

    Not all resorts offer digital keys. If you are in Las Vegas, you can use digital keys at Bellagio, Aria, Vdara, MGM Grand, Park MGM, Mandalay Bay, Delano, and Luxor. Additionally, regional properties that offer digital keys include MGM Springfield and MGM National Harbor.

  • How can I be eligible to use a Digital Key?

    Digital Keys make it even easier to skip the check-in line and get to your room faster. To be eligible to access this feature, you must be:
